Fendant les Bernunes

Price range: $8.50 to $17.00

In Valais, Chasselas is called Fendant because of its thin skin, which splits easily when ripe under pressure. This trait was once used by winegrowers as an indication of ripeness at harvest time. It is particularly well suited to sunny, limestone terroirs, where it expresses great finesse. With its slight carbonation, our Fendant is distinguished by its lovely freshness, making it an ideal wine for aperitifs and convivial moments.
