Tradition and Passion in the Heart of Valais

Located in Sierre, in the heart of Valais, Cave des Bernunes is a wine estate founded in 1987. After its beginnings, the estate built its own cellar in 1994, before undergoing a major expansion in 2013. This allowed for the enlargement of the winemaking cellar as well as the creation of a wine workshop, a barrel cellar, a reception room, and a terrace offering a privileged view of the surrounding vineyards.

PLOTS WORKED BY ANIMAL TRACTION

At Domaine des Bernunes, certain plots are worked using horses, in an approach that respects the environment and soil life. This traditional practice allows for gentler and more precise intervention, while preserving soil structure and biodiversity, thus helping to maintain a natural and sustainable balance within the vineyard.
