Our Tawny, made from Divico grapes, is aged in a unique way in demijohns placed on the roof of the cellar. Exposed to the elements, they undergo natural variations in temperature and light, promoting slow oxidation. This deliberate maderization process gives the wine great aromatic complexity.

🍷 Nose: intense and complex, aromas of dried and candied fruits (nuts, figs, raisins), accompanied by notes of caramel, cocoa, roasted coffee, oxidative touches reminiscent of maderization
👄 Palate: full-bodied and warm attack, smooth and enveloping texture, aromatic richness, flavors of dried fruit, brown sugar, sweet spices, and slightly woody notes
